When Harrison grabbed Kevin's phone out of a kitchen drawer, I asked him who he needed to call and he said, "Elmo". Then I asked asked him what he needed to speak to Elmo about and he replied "Shopping!" and ran over to his shopping cart.

Becoming Buddies - 9/27/10

Harrison and Declan are becoming good buddies...or at least Harrison is very fond of Declan. He likes to hold him and tries to pick him up sometimes without waiting for help. Of course, when he has had enough of holding his brother, it's best to be prepared to grab Declan before he gets pushed out of the way!

I think we wore Declan out with a photo shoot this morning with a photographer. He was a little trooper for the whole thing, but was fast asleep by the time it was over. Of course, now he is well rested just in time to stay up all night...hopefully not!

Harrison wanted to help his little brother sleep by turning on some soothing sounds for him.

Harrison just LOVES his little brother! He especially loves playing with him on this activity mat and showing Declan his art cards. Yesterday he tried to share all of his toys with Declan by putting many of his toys on the mat. He ran around the living room collecting toys and saying, "share, share, share".
