Cookies for Thanksgiving - 11/19/12

Today, Harrison and Declan helped me make some cookies for Thanksgiving. Declan especially loves helping in the kitchen! Harrison is usually on a quest for the cookie dough!

 Waiting is so hard.

Birthday Party at Dinosaur Ridge! 11/17/12

Harrison celebrated his fourth birthday (a little early) with his friends at Dinosaur Ridge. Happy Birthday, Harrison!!!

 We had dino-themed cupcakes and favor bags!!

 And, Harrison was the king of the party!

 There were lots of party games and crafts.

 Then, we took a ride on the 'vanosaurus' to see real dinosaur bones and fossilized tracks!

 After our outdoor adventure, there was a tour of the dinosaur museum.

 Then, everyone got to paint a cast made from a real dinosaur footprint!

 And, there was even a dinosaur puppet show!

 Harrison made a birthday wish.

 And, we finished the party with a dinosaur pinata!!

 'Social Hour' followed before everyone headed home.

'Horsing' Around - 11/16/12

Declan has discovered that he loves riding around piggyback and then getting dumped on the floor or the couch. He chases after me if I try to put him down and walk away.

Letters to Santa - 11/10/12

 We  ran into a 'Santa Mail' station at Macy's the other day, so Harrison and Declan figured they had better got their Christmas wish lists in the mail!

 Aunt Jane and I helped them write their letters and they had fun stuffing them in the mailbox. Now, if they can just stay on Santa's nice list until Christmas!

Hot cocoa seemed in order after all that letter-writing. Yummy!
